I emailed Exeter Paint after two weeks of my paint not arriving. I got a response a couple of days later saying that farrow and ball missed my order (Exeter paint took no responsibility). Exeter Paint sent me a 15% off coupon at Exeter Paint but by the time my paint was as delivered, it had expired. That was my second order with Exeter Paint without ever using a coupon. I reached out and asked for a coupon for my bad experience, and since my coupon would not have been expired had I got my paint within a month of my order being placed. Again took no responsibility, but offered 10% off. When that coupon did not work the lady emailed back that I had โobviouslyโ used a coupon there too many times. I have never used a coupon at Exeter Paint. I told her I would take my business elsewhere because the experience was really messy. The response was almost like they were happy. I did not place a $600 order with them. Not sure if they donโt want to sell paint or or just too pretentious to show they appreciate customer orders. Thatโs not how I run my business so I prefer not to shop that way.
The farrow and paint is fabulous. This place not so much. I placed an order with another paint store and someone directly emailed me right away assuring my large order was correct and had it in the mail within two days. They even sent it UPS to speed up the process since I had to hire painters to come back three times due to Exeter paint overlooking my order.
